We will contact you for a quick chat to discuss your goals and explore how we can add value to your property/office. We will then book a consultation and send you a calendar invite.

  1. ONSITE CONSULT

We visit you at your property/office to meet and greet you. Explore your vision and goals in-depth. We will discuss the pros and cons of different options and designs; bouncing ideas off each other leading to a more defined solution. This involves a $100 + GST fee which is a fully reimbursable fee should you proceed.

 

  1. DRAFT SOLUTION

A draft solution will be created and sent to you for your reviewing and comments. This gives you the opportunity to digest, chop, and change what you want in and out of the scope.

 

  1. FINE TUNING

Various revisions are discussed until you are completely satisfied with a firm, tight, all inclusive, clean scope of works and solution.

 

  1. PRICING

Here we will be calculating the total investment for the combined works. The biggest value is that all works are undertaken by one company, thereby reducing the headaches and extra costs.

 

  1. PRESENTATION

You can choose to view the presentation in person or by email. We will present the solution to ensure you are aware of the value and solution. Only when you are completely satisfied we will proceed to the next step.

 

  1. PAPERWORK

Sign contracts, allocate start dates and formalize the paperwork.

 

  1. DESIGNS

Conduct design meetings to transform our scope from text into 2D & 3D models.

 

  1. UPLIFT & UNLOCK

We will project manage all works successfully with minimal fuss. Enter into your newly uplifted property/office, unlocking all the beauty & efficiencies.
